Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging with Evoltra Marketing's services. By booking a call or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Evoltra Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in the United Kingdom. We provide Meta advertising and lead generation services to home improvement businesses. Contact us at info@evoltramarketing.com.

2. Our Services

We provide Meta advertising management and lead generation services as agreed in your individual service agreement. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines will be outlined in a separate agreement signed before work begins.

3. Ad Spend

All advertising spend is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) by the client. Evoltra Marketing does not hold or manage client ad spend funds. We are not responsible for Meta's platform policies, ad account restrictions, or any changes Meta makes to its advertising products.

4. Results and Guarantees

Where a results-based guarantee is offered, the specific terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria will be clearly stated in your service agreement. Guarantees are subject to the client meeting agreed obligations, including providing timely responses to leads and maintaining adequate ad spend.

Where exclusivity is offered, it applies to one business per trade per geographic area as defined in your service agreement. Exclusivity is only guaranteed for the duration of your active agreement with Evoltra Marketing.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, strategies, and campaign materials produced by Evoltra Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of client-specific creative assets transfers to the client.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, strategies, or data shared during the course of the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evoltra Marketing's total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit claims.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the notice period stated in that agreement. Any fees paid for services already delivered are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
